Tako Jordania AKA Tamar Zhordania is a Georgian Composer, Pianist, Musician and Music Therapist. Head of ,,Center for development of inclusive musical education” and co-founder of ,,ICDI Arts”
Tako has written music for more than 30 Movies (Short, Documentary, Full length), 5 Plays ( including 1 Musical ) and a great number of songs including for Children.
Tako works as a Music Therapist in different Centers of Georgia for children with special needs.
Tako has published a manual book Musical Exercises (based on Music Therapy approaches ) (2022)
Tako has published a manual book ,,Art for integration” in cooperation with inclusive dance special teacher and drama therapist. (USAID and YEWI project winner) (2021)
In cooperation with a speech and language therapist Tako published new book ,,Musical Verse exercises for children” for speech development with different kind of delays (Music and speech development through the motion) (2020)
Tako has written music book for Piano ,,Lullabies” which, also, includes lullabies for newborns and toddlers. (in progress)
Tako (along with 2 co-authors) has published a book “Georgian Play songs – according to Nordoff-Robbins music therapy” (2019)
Tako has deciphered a vast number of Georgian, African, Ukrainian, Pigmy, Sardinian, Italian, Polish, Celtic, Turkish, Romanian, Indian, Dutch, German, French, Armenian, Lithuanian, Cameroonian folk songs. Most of them have been included in different Music books and Manuals. Also, many ethnomusicologists have used this unique material for their books.

Also, Tako teaches piano and singing to students of a wide range of ages.
